I'm a generalist! What does that mean? It means my main aim through training is to train for skill acquisition, constantly acquiring new attributes that improve my overall functionality.
I want to be better than average across all movements and exceptional at a few.
Currently I am doing a mix of weightlifting, calisthenics/bodyweight training, self defense/MMA, climbing and mobility. Always open to trying new movements.
