Ashley Wimer

Ashley Wimer is a female Hip-Hop artist, rapper, singer, and songwriter from Detroit, Michigan. Coming from Detroit, she was very inspired by Eminem as she grew up listening to him.Ashley started off doing lead vocals in a band, Aria, when she was 16; and later moved forward as a solo artist. She gained recognition and became a social media sensation from her female version of Big Sean’s “IDFWU”, which got over 16 million views on Facebook and over 500 thousand views on YouTube.In 2015, she released her first single “D-Girl Swag”, which was successful on streaming platforms and an album Eccentric the following year. She is currently working on a new EP and has released several singles with her latest being “Purple Smoke” and “Zero”.
