Collections of family recipes that made Arivara's Canteen successful in it's 40 years of operation. Included are some personal recipes I created during my chef days in Gourmetro, Hamburg. I decided to create this channel so that viewers can re-create canteen dishes in their own home. My ultimate goal for this channel is not only to share the canteen recipes but also to help individuals who wish to start their own small food business, and also to connect them to other food channels who are also sharing their recipes for the same purpose.....(",)
