My name is Lena, from Vietnam, but currently living in the USA. I am a James Beard Thanksgiving Table Award Winner, a classically trained Chef, and I want to share with you all my personal recipes, as well as the ones that I learnt from all my Chef jobs at a variety high-end kitchens. That also means, I will be cooking all different kind of cuisines from street foods to a Michelin dishes. I feel most relaxed when I cook, and I want to bring that calm and relaxing vibes to you!
