Hi, my name is Christian Thomas, the voice of meditation vacation. Here, you will find Meditation that can help to improve relaxation before or as you sleep. Sometimes using sleep hypnosis or a gentle talk down with soothing music, I try my best to help others when they can't sleep.

The longer versions of my sessions concentrate on deep sleep meditation, where you will go on a journey and with intertwined body scan techniques, story telling and breathing, you will relax deeply.
